Refund policy
We think you'll love your jewellery. But if for any reason you need to make an exchange or return it, you have up to 30 days from receipt of your order and here's what you need to do:
PERSONALISED JEWELLERY: Personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES: If you wish to exchange your item please email us first at help@catherinedc.com with your order number and exchange query and our wonderful customer service team will assist you.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: If, for any reason you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, please return your jewellery in its original packaging along with your order reference number details to:

We recommend that you return your item using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Large Letter.
Where postage was paid on the original order, we can offer a refund of return postage costs up to £2.70.
If your order qualified for free delivery, return postage costs are not refundable.
Please note that we are unable to refund more than the total amount originally paid for the order.
